Welcome to The Fed Community, an exceptional dining experience nestled in the heart of Clarkston, Michigan. This restaurant seamlessly blends a rich history with contemporary culinary artistry, promising guests an unforgettable exploration of flavors and ambiance.

At The Fed Community, the cuisine wholeheartedly embraces the farm-to-table ethos, showcasing locally sourced ingredients and expertly crafted dishes that will tantalize your taste buds. Dive into the Grass “Fed” Double Double Burger, a decadent creation featuring double patties of prime beef, melted cheese, crisp lettuce, fresh tomato, and a luscious special sauce, all enveloped in a house-made brioche bun. Pair it with their Kennebec fries, which are crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside, providing the perfect accompaniment for this savory delight.

If seafood is more your style, the Pan Seared Scallops served on a bed of wild mushroom risotto is a must-try. The tender scallops, delicately caramelized, harmonize beautifully with the earthy flavors of the risotto and seasonal vegetables. For something heartier, opt for the Wood Roasted Salmon, which is infused with garlic and citrusy notes from fresh tomatoes, grapes, and olives, brilliantly highlighting the flavors of the season.

The restaurant’s interior is just as remarkable as its menu. The ambiance at The Fed Community exudes warmth and charm, with thoughtful decor that combines modern trends with vintage touches. Customers rave about the unique atmosphere, from the stunning glass floor to the intriguing history of its space, originally a bank vault. Whether you're lounging at the bar enjoying expertly crafted cocktails or seated at a table with friends, the surroundings will make you feel both cozy and special.

While the food and ambiance take center stage, the service at The Fed Community is what truly makes it shine. Staff members are attentive and genuinely passionate about enhancing your dining experience. As one patron noted, “Our waitress, Kylie, was unreal—so patient and helpful.” Such personal touches elevate your visit beyond mere dining and into a memorable experience.

While you may encounter busy moments—especially during peak hours—like some guests who noted a wait for seating, the overall sentiment that resonates through reviews is one of satisfaction and delight. With fantastic food, exceptional service, and an inviting atmosphere, The Fed Community is undoubtedly one of Clarkston's hidden gems. Whether dining solo, enjoying a night out with friends, or celebrating a special occasion, this restaurant promises a delightful journey for the senses.

We loved the atmosphere. We just stopped in for a couple of cocktails. We sat at the bar and enjoyed the bartenders and our visit.

Cool spot with great drinks and food. Started in the basement where we got craft cocktails and the cauliflower appetizer. The cauliflower appetizer was awesome. I wish I had taken a picture of it but we ate it so fast it disappeared. The old fashioned was delicious, my wife got some cucumber cocktail that was really good too. Then we went upstairs for dinner as we had a table reserved. The waitress talked us into a couple of dishes. My wife got a pasta with shrimp added to it that was really good and I chose the pork chop with sexy potatoes. The potatoes were great. The pork chop after a few bites I realized was not cooked fully. So I let the waitress know and they sent it back and prepared a new one for me. They felt really bad, so they provided free dessert and took care of the cost of the pork chop as well as my wife's dinner. It was very generous and much appreciated. They do know how to take care of their guests which is great. Good news everything was fine I avoided eating any of the uncooked or undercooked pork. I would like to go back again and try something else on the menu. The burger sounded really good but I had just gotten a cheeseburger the day before.

This establishment is truly one of the best. It rivals the Bosthouse in Traverse City. The food is beautifully unique in a world run out of new ideas. The flavor, the presentation, the plates even!!! The drinks were an adventure story... Far above expectations and wonderfully crafted in front of you. Not to mention the glass floor, and bank vault history. I'd rate it 10 stars if it was allowed.

Not sure if it was inexperience or laziness, but we were told there’d be a 45-minute wait for both indoor and outdoor seating at 12:15pm, even though the restaurant was maybe 80% empty. I laughed and asked why, and the hostess said it was due to reservations. We ended up sitting at the also-empty bar. Over the next hour, only one new table was seated. So… where were all those reservations? We asked the bartender, and even he said he had no idea. The food was great and the bartender was excellent, but the front of house service left a pretty bad impression.

Our waitress, Kylie, was unreal—so patient and helpful when we had questions about the menu. Her kindness and attentiveness made our visit even better! This place is perfect whether you’re dining solo, catching up with friends, or planning a cozy date night. The service, the vibe, and the flavors all come together for an unforgettable meal. Can’t wait to come back!

I went here for a birthday dinner with friends and the food was amazing! Everything was so fresh and the service was also great! The vibe was great and the scenery was beautiful. I’ve never seen such a beautiful restaurant before it felt like I was on vacation!

Very well decorated place, quaint, comfy. A nice place for a small group. Great brunch menu with everything from the basics to interesting menu items. We'll priced, not too overpriced. I recommend getting a reservation because this place is very popular.
